About the Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school in Winnipeg, MB. As a School Bus Driver with First Student Canada-Transco, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and efficient transportation experience.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.
