We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at River View Hotel.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. This is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and dependability.
This is a permanent position working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
