About the Role:

The Project Engineer at Morson Talent plays a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of projects at Bruce Power Nuclear. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the nuclear industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of nuclear power generation and related systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
