Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Blessed Generation Academy Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on educational outings to foster a love for learning and exploration.
- Creative Expression: Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums, including art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of our students at all times.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and support.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in early childhood education is an asset.
- Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
This is a physically demanding role that requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. As a team player, you will work collaboratively with our staff to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for our students.
