Produce Stocker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our grocery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have access to fresh and high-quality produce.

1. Zoning the department to ensure efficient stock rotation and customer flow.
2. Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a high level of product freshness.
3. Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer expectations.
4. Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy shopping environment.
5. Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate inventory management.
6. Ensuring the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business to meet customer demand.
7. Following Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
