About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ISO Consultant to join our team at SGS Canada Inc. as a Quality Assurance Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment, conducting quality audits, and developing quality management and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to ensure consistency and excellence in our services.
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Direct staff to ensure that quality objectives are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or quality management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Regular travel may be required to conduct audits and meet with clients.
