Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

About This Opportunity
The Project Manager, Engineering is responsible for managing projects at the Weston Facility on behalf of Coca-Cola Canada. The successful candidate will report to the National Senior Manager, Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Implement verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Technical expertise in facilities, processes, and/or machinery utilized in the beverage industry is an asset.
- 5+ years of operations experience or maintenance is preferred.
- Beverage, processing, and/or packaging experience is preferred.
