About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Manna Renovations Inc. as a Wall Decor Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying wallpaper and other materials to walls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Painting and Finishing: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and coordinate with clients to ensure timely completion.
  • Customer Service: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting and wall decoration.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
