Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Team Member to join our team at Cineplex. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming theatre environment.
  • Operate cash handling systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down theatre equipment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
