Project Overview

Omega Solutions is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Developer to support the development of a data integration project aimed at re-designing and implementing several reporting data marts within an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test automation to ensure service quality with a focus on iterative, continuous development.
  • Collaborate with Agile Teams to improve services and participate in project activities, including field work and user research.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand problems and lead the quality delivery piece of the solution.
  • Develop automated tests and frameworks to support integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing, and performance testing.
  • Establish a high standard of quality across the Agile Team through quality metrics and best practices.
Requirements
  • Understanding of data warehouse design principles, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.
  • Experience with ETL tools and techniques for integrating data from various sources into the EDW.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile Teams and interact with clients/partners.
