We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Supervisor to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. as a Front End Supervisor. This is a key role that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Foster a shopping experience that engages customers and enhances loyalty, sales, and profit.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and coach employees to support the department leadership team.
- Operations Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S, food safety, and other corporate initiatives.
- Inventory Control: Monitor execution of company inventory control procedures and participate in final inventory calculations.

- Education: High School Diploma
