Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President of Financial and Communications Services to join our team at Fitzrovia Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial and communications operations, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial and communications strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Manage and allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial and communications operations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
