Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement fit and quality standards for our products, working closely with designers and suppliers to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Create technical packs for overseas development, including detailed specifications and instructions for suppliers.
- Educate suppliers on our pattern-making and construction requirements, ensuring they understand our expectations and can deliver high-quality products.
- Lead fit sessions with live models, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments.
- Analyze problems and develop solutions, working collaboratively with the design and production teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, providing clear and concise instructions and updates on production timelines and delivery risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sample approvals, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field of study.
- At least 5 years of experience as a fit technician, patternmaker, or grader.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction and fit principles.
- Strong bilingual skills, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and experience with pattern-making software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
