As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and train a team of 5-15 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
