Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Farzan - Private Household. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients' children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens to high standards.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for the children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering the children's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and care for the children, ensuring their safety and happiness at all times.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of the children, providing comfort and support when needed.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Setting

This position is based in the employer's home, requiring flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.

Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English.

Hours

This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
