Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Lead Analyst to join our team at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in the creation and implementation of Supply Chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage process integration, support, conformance, and aftercare to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations through monitoring and troubleshooting systemic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Manage impacts/net change across applications and support system administration via strong documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with onboarding/training of Key Users and documentation to ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Stress test Mars business systems software updates/releases to identify potential issues and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support Supply Chain during downtime/server issues/restoration and annual E2E testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Supply Chain Transformation project lead to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree – Supply Chain or Business degree preferred.
  • Understanding of Retail Link, GRS, or other ERP/inventory systems.
  • Experience in FMCG and prior experience in a direct customer-facing role.
  • Microsoft Dynamics/1NAVision – Required.
  • Salesforce – Nice to have.
