Job Summary:
Lifemark is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client care and supporting the maintenance of a clean and safe treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physiotherapists with client care, including the use of ultrasound equipment, exercise programs, and other treatment modalities.
- Perform administrative duties as required, such as data entry and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve functional goals, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Collect and analyze outcome measure data to inform treatment plans and improve client outcomes.
- Maintain and clean/sterilize medical equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Conduct inventory of clinical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working within a clinic setting, preferably in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation environment.
- Personal and friendly demeanor, with excellent relationship-building skills and a strong focus on client-centered care.
- PTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred, but not required.
