Job Summary

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards for cleanliness and customer service.
  • Coordinate contract services with external vendors to ensure that our facilities are properly maintained.
  • Ensure that all safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that our facilities are compliant with local health and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our facilities are properly stocked and maintained.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
