Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team at Forest Hill North Auto Collision Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and assess damage to vehicles
  • Plan and execute repair work, including metal cutting, welding, and painting
  • Clean and maintain work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Instruct and train apprentices in repair techniques
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to prepare for painting
  • Apply primers and paint surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Mix and match paint colors to ensure a perfect match
  • Prepare and clean surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive repair industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliability and dependability, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
