- Conduct human resources-related duties, including personnel selection.
- Maintain accurate financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized systems.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess team effectiveness.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to meet organizational goals.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize efficiency.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial management is preferred.
