Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with repetitive tasks, and physically demanding activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
