Production Supervisor

VTC. Vinyl-Tech Canada is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the production of furniture and fixtures. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production floor, supervising a team of workers, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Oversee the setup and operation of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a noisy and dusty environment.
The Production Supervisor will work in a manufacturing environment with a team of production workers. The work environment is noisy and dusty, and the successful candidate must be able to work in these conditions.
