As a Senior Biomedical Data Scientist, you'll play a crucial role in developing algorithms and machine learning models to analyze large-scale longitudinal biomedical data, driving innovation in healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement offline and real-time statistical and machine learning algorithms/models for the analysis of large-scale longitudinal biomedical data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and external researchers to define and execute projects for development of algorithm-based features for our platform.
  • Work closely with the Software team to ensure proper deployment of the algorithms/ML models in our Health Platform and contribute to testing and troubleshooting.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in biomedical data science and contribute to the development of new features and solutions.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Biomedical, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience in relevant industry.
  • Extensive experience in modern scripting languages, including Python.
  • Proven experience working with biomedical data, including longitudinal health-related data and clinical data.
  • Experience in long-term biomedical recording and data analysis, from wearable systems and related signal analysis, handling of noise, missing data, etc.
  • Familiarity with generative AI and Large Language Models for medical and health applications.
