About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Junior Einstein's Academy Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Lead activities that foster learning and exploration, such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
  • Child Development and Support
    • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
    • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers and community service providers working with children.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
    • Experience in early childhood education is an asset.
  • Certifications and Training
    • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 32-40 hours per week.
