We are seeking a committed professional to collaborate with our project team. In the role of Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in testing principles within an Agile framework to enhance Information Management and Information Technologies Services. Your duties will encompass reviewing technical specifications, formulating test strategies, executing assessments, and generating test documentation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with business subject matter experts and vendors to develop and adjust test cases and scripts.
  • Planning and executing functional software and systems integration evaluations.
  • Participating in defect management and preparing regression testing suites.
  • Conducting backend and API evaluations.
  • Collaborating with team members to create test scripts, perform testing, and document defects.
  • Providing detailed reports on completed tasks and testing outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills across various applications.

What you bring to the table:

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies, processes, and standards.
  • Experience in software quality assurance and system integration evaluations.
  • Proficiency in test case management tools.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, Health Connect, and Primary Care evaluations is advantageous.
  • A dedication to supporting reconciliation initiatives in Canada.
