As a Landscape Architectural Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from government facilities to community centers. You will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.

We are looking for individuals who share our philosophy of design through technology. While experience with digital design, production and visualization tools is preferred, if you share our passion for technology in design, Architecture 49 is where the next phase of your career should begin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of creative technical solutions and prepare visually compelling graphic presentations.
  • Ensure project deliverables comply with local standards and contract requirements.
  • Assist with contract administration and site inspections.
  • Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture or degree or diploma in landscape architectural technology from an accredited technical college.
  • Member or Associate Member of OALA / AAPQ or eligibility for membership.
  • Must have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows.
  • REVIT software.
  • AutoCAD software.
  • Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Microsoft 365 environment.
