Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Anchor Delivery Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mountain Driving Expertise: The ability to navigate challenging mountainous terrain is essential for this role.
  • Professionalism in Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is crucial in this position, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
  • Teamwork and Communication: As part of a two-person team or convoy, effective communication and teamwork are vital for successful operations.
  • Loading and Unloading: The ability to load and unload goods safely and efficiently is a key responsibility.
  • Vehicle Operation and Maintenance: The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the vehicle, including performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency, the candidate must be able to respond promptly and effectively.
  • Cargo Handling and Security: Ensuring the safety and security of cargo is a top priority.
  • Regulatory Compliance: The candidate must be aware of and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Air Brakes Endorsement: A valid Air Brakes Endorsement is required for this role.
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A): A valid Class 1 or A Driver's License is essential.
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D): A valid Class 3 or D Driver's License is also required.
