Position Overview

The role of a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is set within a bustling restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and speed are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Efficiently operate dishwashing machines to ensure all dishes, glassware, and flatware are impeccably cleaned.
  • Organize and place clean dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items as necessary.
  • Scrub and clean pots and pans to maintain kitchen standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
