Job Summary
As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and sort donations in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure accurate pricing and tagging of merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and donation area
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
