Your Role Overview

As an inspiring leader with a passion for our brand and a deep connection to our mission, you will assist the Store Management team in achieving retail excellence, driving sales performance, and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, providing feedback to the Store Management team as necessary.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues using available resources.
  • Support the maintenance of store layout and visual merchandising, inventory management, and other operational tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively and serve as a flexible and responsible role model for your team.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in and passion for understanding the beauty market, our competitors, and our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Store Management team to:
    o Create a customer-centric store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to enhance customer engagement through our products, campaigns, and activism, bringing our brand to life.
    o Foster customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
    o Achieve sales and performance objectives.
    o Identify and attract high-potential candidates while supporting the development of current team members to reach their goals, including training and onboarding new Customer Consultants.
