Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Staffing: Recruit, train, and evaluate personnel to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper organization of merchandise.
  • Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and handle merchandise returns efficiently.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports related to sales performance and employee productivity.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance the shopping experience.
Supervisory Scope:

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 employees, including cashiers and sales clerks.
