About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Dosanjh 64 Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform tasks related to inventory control, including reordering and stocking merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Provide advice and guidance to customers on merchandise, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display and presentation of merchandise to create an attractive and visually appealing store environment.
  • Electronic Commerce: Conduct sales transactions through our online platform and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions to support business decisions and operations.
  • Pre-Sales Preparation: Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease by ensuring it is properly stocked, displayed, and maintained.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
