  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that all menu items are safe and enjoyable for our customers to eat.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Performance Management: Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision, to ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
