Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Technician Assistant to join our team at Elite Diesel Performance LTD. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will provide support to our tradespersons and apprentices, ensuring the smooth operation of our shop.

Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespersons and apprentices with various tasks, including moving equipment and materials, cleaning machines, and performing other duties as directed.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to our company's safety protocols and procedures.
  • Support the maintenance team in performing routine tasks, such as cleaning and preparing equipment for use.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Dependability, initiative, and reliability are essential for this role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of manual dexterity.
