Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
- Deliver a timely, precise, and courteous customer experience. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Work in conjunction with the Agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bilingualism is an asset (not mandatory).
- Preferred experience in sales (whether in outside sales, inside sales representative roles, retail sales, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities - written, verbal, and listening.
- Creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Committed to delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to present effectively to prospective clients.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred, must be able to obtain).
- Life License (preferred, must be able to obtain).
