About the Role

Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the implementation of SAP solutions for our Record to Report business function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions.
  2. Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of business strategy, process, and needs.
  3. Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Work with third-party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and follow best practices.
  5. Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity through implementation.
  6. Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  7. Ensure integrity of all solutions through testing and quality assurance practices.
  8. Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, planning, and execution.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  2. Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role leading a team of SAP professionals.
  3. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  4. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios.
  5. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Architect.
  6. History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  7. Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
  8. Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  9. Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a dynamic environment.
  10. Exceptional communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  11. Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders.
