Job Title: Teacher - Long Term Occasional (LTO) - SK/Grade 1

Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board is seeking a qualified Teacher - Long Term Occasional (LTO) for the position of SK/Grade 1.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching SK/Grade 1 students on a long-term occasional basis. The position is effective September 30, 2024, until November 11, 2024.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach SK/Grade 1 students on a long-term occasional basis
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Communicate with parents and colleagues as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Teaching Certificate
  • Experience teaching SK/Grade 1
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
