Position Overview

Join our team at SPEEDY AUTO BODY INC. as an Automotive Collision Repair Specialist. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will apply your skills to restore vehicles to their original condition.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to dusty conditions.
  • Working in a noisy atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess repair costs based on damage evaluations.
  • Conduct inspections on repaired vehicles to ensure quality.
  • Organize and plan repair tasks effectively.
  • Prepare body surfaces for repair by filing, grinding, and sanding.
  • Utilize masking and taping techniques for painting preparation.
  • Use tools to correct dents, buckles, and imperfections.
  • Remove and replace damaged body parts, including fenders and panels.
  • Repair or replace windows, windshields, and sunroofs as needed.
  • Mix and match paint colors for seamless repairs.
  • Operate soldering tools or apply plastic fillers for surface repairs.
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment.
