Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to enhance their product engineering division. This role is tailored for seasoned professionals who have experience in senior engineering positions, such as Principal or Senior Software Engineer. The position emphasizes hands-on mentorship and collaboration with software engineers, solution architects, and product teams to guide the development and upkeep of our technology framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering leadership and contribute to code development.
  • Mentor technical teams, fostering growth and skill enhancement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 9 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity overseeing technical teams.
  • Expertise in full-stack development, particularly with React for front-end solutions; familiarity with Angular and serverless architecture is advantageous.
  • Proficient in crafting high-level technical designs and ensuring successful team execution.
  • Extensive experience in cloud computing, especially with AWS, and knowledge of event-driven and streaming architectures (AWS Eventbridge, Kinesis).
  • Strong grasp of design principles and architectural patterns, particularly in serverless event-driven frameworks.
  • Experience with serverless infrastructures such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, SQS, Eventbridge, and Kinesis.
  • Familiarity with hybrid architectures, including low/no-code platforms and third-party SaaS integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability in complex integrations, including APIs and custom data connectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly in Product Management and QA.
  • Driven to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, balancing engineering best practices with efficient delivery.
