- Coach, motivate, and develop our team members, helping them to achieve their full potential and to contribute to the success of our store.
- 5 years of experience in personnel management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
