Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Associate Include:

  • Maintaining open availability for work
  • Committing to a full-time schedule with flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding all company assets within the warehouse
  • Ensuring a safe and clean workspace for all personnel
  • Placing stock orders as necessary
  • Counting and receiving incoming merchandise, promptly reporting any discrepancies
  • Completing all required documentation for merchandise returns
  • Providing ongoing stock replenishment to the sales floor
  • Sorting and organizing damaged and outdated products for returns
  • Preparing merchandise for annual inventory
  • Assisting in inventory management and reconciliation
  • Notifying management of stock shortages
  • Helping with stocking of stores and backrooms
  • Assisting in waste removal and recycling efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting
  • Experience operating a pallet jack
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
