About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Bakhshi Global Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical operations of our organization, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of our supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective management of our supply chain.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring movement of supplies and materials, and preparing and submitting reports.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize warehouse and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse and production units, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on logistics and supply chain activities, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
