Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Ms Tire and Services. This is a permanent position with a commitment to delivering high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.

QualificationsEducation
  • Completion of a trades certificate or diploma in automotive service
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in automotive repair
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults and issues
  • Perform road tests on vehicles to ensure optimal performance
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components as necessary
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications
  • Estimate costs for parts and labor required for vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance services
  • Provide detailed reports on problems encountered and work completed
  • Advise customers on services performed and future maintenance needs
  • Coach and mentor apprentices in automotive service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
