We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supported Living Service Worker to join our team at Linck Child, Youth and Family Supports.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires shift work, including days, evenings, and midnights, as well as weekends. As a Supported Living Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing care, supervision, programming, and guidance to children and youth awaiting placement, living in treatment, or in alternate living options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for children and youth, promoting positive growth and development.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each child or youth.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and culturally sensitive approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Child and Youth Work or a related field.
  • Up to three months of related experience.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and CPI certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid G driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.
  • Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
