Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Caretaker I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, as well as performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Assist with special projects, such as renovations and repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
