About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Consultant. In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to configure and implement Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions, providing training and support to ensure seamless adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management solutions for clients
  • Provide training and support to clients on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Graduated no earlier than 2022, and will be graduating no later than 2024
  • Have an Associate's Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree by date of employment
  • Exception: This program does not accept MBA or PhD candidates/graduates
  • Have no more than 2 years of full-time professional related work experience
  • Be eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship
Technical Expertise

You'll need to have:

  • Ability to work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code and test innovative applications, and support those applications for our highly valued customers
  • Strong excel skills and enjoy making meaningful evaluations of a given set of data (tables, excel files, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and executives
  • Ability to solve problems, debug, troubleshoot, design and implement solutions to complex technical issues
  • Basic knowledge or hands-on coding experience in one or more of the following technology areas: Java, Python, SQL
