About the Job

We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team at Marquis imprimeur inc. in a folder, machine role. This is a permanent position with a 36-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-production runs of binding or finishing jobs to verify output and ensure product specifications are met.
  • Monitor machine during operation to ensure smooth production.
  • Feed and unload processing machines as required.
Work Environment

This role is based in a commercial printing environment, which can be physically demanding. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and be able to stand for extended periods.

Requirements
  • Accurate and dependable with good judgement.
  • Previous experience in the printing and publishing industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
