Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute payroll processing tasks with exceptional precision, ensuring payroll accuracy exceeds 99.95% and maintaining timely disbursements.
  • Manage stock vesting and relocation entries promptly upon receipt.
  • Remain informed on payroll regulations and statutory updates in the US and Canada to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR Service Center, local HR teams, and payroll vendors to facilitate daily payroll operations and resolve related issues.
  • Address tasks assigned by the Payroll Manager/Team Leads and manage daily payroll inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams including LTI, ESPP, HRIS, and HRSC on payroll-related matters.
  • Engage in additional projects as directed by the Payroll Manager.
  • Independently resolve complex payroll challenges.
  • Oversee funding amounts for payrolls, managing up to $100 million.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of comprehensive payroll experience.
  • Proficient in Workday software.
  • Experience handling multi-state payroll.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
  • Familiarity with Canadian payroll, stock options, ESPP, and relocation processes.
