We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Los Vivas Construction Services Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the required standard.
- Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and clients to ensure that cleaning operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent. We offer a welcoming work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
