Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with questions, recommendations, and retrieving items.
  • Emergency Response: Support customers in emergency situations and inform management immediately.
  • Transaction Processing: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensure every item is scanned, and process checkout and obtain payment.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep retail areas and work spaces clean, and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Balance and reconcile cash at the end of each work shift.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve daily cashier metrics and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge: Be aware of store promotions and rebates.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Cash-handling and customer service experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and ability to count money efficiently and accurately.
  • Availability: Flexible to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as required.
Working Conditions:

Able to stand and walk around for long periods at a time.

Compensation:

$17.40 - $18 per hour (negotiable).
